Hello. My name is Dean Summers. I lived in Asmara, Ethiopia from 1968 till 1972. I lived at the Tract A base housing that was separate from the main base that had the PX and school. I played base ball the entire time I was there. The teams I played on were the Little Chiefs, The Cardinals and two others that the names escape me for the moment.

I was friends with a Rusty that had a sister name Patricia (Patty), my next door neighbors were the Pettys. They were three sisters, Leslie, Lisa and Lori. Had a crush on one! My mother was Japanese; my dad was in StratCom and was a SFC during his time there. I was in the 4th through the 7th grade while there.
