Database Errors

My apologies for the slew of "database" errors that occurred for most of today. 99.99% of the time they result from a problem in contacting the database server, and there is nothing wrong with the database itself.

Today was no exception. My ISP explained it as "trying to install a new MySQL server, then things will work better and more efficiently." That's all fine and good, but at prime-time on a Monday morning?
