Mike: I went the Kyoto American School in 1947/48 (4 th grade), together with my brother John (2 nd grade). We lived at the Dependent Housing Area (Dogpatch) near Camp Otsu, and rode the Army bus to school at the Botanical Gardens in Kyoto. A few classmates and friends I remember from school and the DHA (some names mis-spelled, I'm sure): Eddy Cason, Gary Bessiner, Michael and Linda Dwyer, Judy Ivy, Kay Furgerson, Barbara and Gordon Knight, and David Williams. Would like to hear from anyone who remembers me, but it was a long, long time ago. Jim
