Default How do I stop feeling guilty I lost my brother in the department store?

I lost my brother in the department store today and I freaked out he is only 5 fortunatly he was found crying in the security office. My mind flashed to the James Bulger murder because there was a programme on about it. The other day. If anything had of happened, well I dread to think. My mum and dad were really upset but said it all ended safely thats the main thing, They knew I was upset I was crying and everything. But I cant get over it, they will never trust me again with my bro
