The "All Class Blast" Reunion in Destin, Florida in October wll have a basketball event known as the Ramey RoundBall Classic, The RHS 1965 class known as the Ramey Legends are taking on all other Ramey High Classes. The other classes have combined forces and are known as the Ramey AllStars. There have been many comments and discussions, also known as hype or smack, about the upcoming game. This thread is being established to allow the pre-game hype to be viewable and further to allow your comments along with your participation in this thread concerning the teams, players and general discussions. Your opinion and comments are important so join in. To start the thread, here are a few simple questions. Whom do you think will win the BB game? What's your opinion of one class (1965ers) taken on AllStars of all other classes?

I think the match up speaks for itself. One class, the class of '65 is being challanged by all the other classes combined? And they have hired a Busch League official who tries to bully us around with low live smack about unfair officiating he plans to throw at the 65er's. I'm not so sure the 68er's have the support they think they have and they sure don't have a coach to match Coach Swenson and Coach Thompson.

It was the Class of RHS 1965 that initiated the challenge.
The "Busch League" official as you put it, has credentials and a proven track record, of telling it like it is, you are certainly correct about the Coaches abilities, and correct about us not having the caliber of coaches you have, we don't have a coach. There is a tremendous amount of Ramey Pride that will be engaged on BB day at the Destin Gardens, The AllStars will endeavor to be a worthy opponent for the Ramey Legends. Our rag tag AllStar team will show up making every effort possible to stay in the game with the Legends, with or without coaches albeit armed with the knowledge that Game Day is Reality Day.

In the Spirit of Ramey, I believe there will be no losers on the ballcourt, just determined old men that are full of Ramey Spirit and the joy of the reunion!!!!
